Finland

So the IB1 class has spent the past 3 days in Vasa, Finland. We left from the Holmsund harbor around 1pm Sunday and arrived in Finland that evening. the boat trip was hilarious. we played game pretty much the entire time or just chilled. when we got there, we went directly to a rented lokal i guess you could call it and proceeded to play games such at the rapist and polish name games, etc. Getting to know each other games. We also took a walk around town, which was a lot of fun, as Maya built a deeper connection with the statues of Vasa.

Monday, we were split into groups and had to work on TOK presentations. I was a judge so my job was pretty freakin easy :) We went around town again and had fun and then we watched Superbad in the aula. Fun fun fun. Haha that movie is hilarious. Its been a while since ive seen it...

Tuesday was pretty much presentations, town, and then playing Mission Impossible at the school gym. It was fun. And I may have settled my living arrangements for next year. I hope so. Maybe. Im not sure. I really have to think now...Afterwards we went to mickey d's for dinner and then said our farewells and went to the ferry.

It was a great trip and i had lots of fun. so yeah.

hahaha lots of funny stories. Hej Knäckt (?), Sofas, Fat birds, Weird french fries, Statues, Lions, Sign games, Bubbles, and other random random stuff. Perhaps a video or two is in order? Will add later :)

Decisions Decisions

Right now Melody's mom is deciding whether or not she'll take me, aivy, and melody to london this summer. the timing is perfect. and what a great way to say goodbye. So i'm kind of sitting all suspense-ful like...waiting to hear whether or not i should send my parents an email asking to go...

I miss home more and more every day. I have such great memories from there...

i miss my baby brother :( this is like 6 years ago, but still... :(

hell yeah. korean food. sam jyup sal? hahaha that was an awful attempt to try and spell korean. i know the name but cant spell it...its the best korean food there is anyways...so great. and perfect beach food too haha...

Dude. I've studied 400+ pages of business and management. I am going to be prepared for these exams. I need to be. these predicted grades are what i need to use to get into university...shit.

New Layout

It's pretty nifty, no?

I got my Nike+ Sport Kit thingy today in the mail from my parents :) And of course, in all my excitement at wanting to try it out, its been snowing all day. Buuut maybe I'll go for a run anyways later tonight.

Today is also my farmor's birthday. Grattis till henne :)

And I think thats about it. Haven't done much. Except I got a new purse. And new shoes. And rainboots. And a tank top dress. And capris. And a nifty dress/shirt. Shieza, where is all my money going?!

I turn 17 by swedish time in 45 minutes but that may be cheating since dallas is 7 hours behind. so technically my birthday is on the 12th in sweden. haha. no. no its not. dont listen to me.

A First

Last night I was drunk for the first time. Fun fun fun. And it was fun. Until around 5am when I was so tired I could barely speak and then between 5 and 8 I woke up every 15 minutes. And then this morning was a blast...My head is killing me...Buuut I had a great time yesterday, one of the better times I've had the past few months. Emma and I make a good team :P

But of course I did something stupid. Not stupid like run into wall. Stupid like calling Aivy in Dallas. Which means I probably have next to no money left on my phone anymore and she will have a nice friendly phone bill this month. Sorry Aivy.

But again, i had fun. Tack Emma for a lovely evening :)
